Our Story

Two Paths. One Door.

"In every neighborhood, there are landmarks of the heart."

Where We Came From

Our Roots

El Sombrero Logo

The Mexican Side

El Sombrero

The vibrant spirit of authentic Mexican cuisine that brought fiestas to Southington for decades.

Renaldo's Logo

The Italian Side

Renaldo's

The comforting warmth of Italian-American classics that felt like home to generations of families.

The Beginning

Each was a beloved institution. Each had its own loyal family of patrons. For decades, these two paths ran alongside each other, defining the flavor of our community.

Then, an idea was born. What if we could do more than preserve these two traditions? What if we could unite them?

It wasn't about closing a chapter — it was about binding two beloved books into one. A single place that could honor both legacies at once, ensuring the flavors our town grew up with could continue to be part of its future.

3C

And so, 3C's came to be.

Here, inside the walls of the old 75 Center location, those two paths meet. The enchiladas you remember sit on the same menu as the signature lasagna. The bar serves ice-cold cervezas and robust glasses of Chianti.

3C's isn't just our story — it's the neighborhood's story. A new chapter we're all writing together, one delicious meal at a time.
